Terms of Use

A few ground rules for the journey.

These terms describe use of the WanderWomple website and Moonshine Millionaire services. David Miller, operating as WanderWomple, operates these services; contact [email protected] with questions. For copies of the app licensed through Apple, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a different license is supplied with the app. These website and service terms do not replace that license or Apple's applicable purchase terms.

Using the game and website

You may use the game and website for personal entertainment in accordance with the applicable app license and these terms. Do not compromise security, disrupt services, use unauthorized automation to manipulate rewards or rankings, impersonate others or infringe intellectual-property rights. Nothing here restricts activity that applicable law expressly permits.

Fictional game content

Moonshine Millionaire is a fictional puzzle game. Its recipes, equipment and actions are entertainment, not instructions for producing or selling alcohol. Virtual cash, copper, reputation, items and rewards have no cash redemption value, are not deposits or investments and cannot be sold or transferred outside authorized game features.

Development and beta testing

The game is in development. Levels, balance and features may change, and beta builds may expire or contain defects. Progress currently resides on your device; cloud recovery and cross-device transfers are not available. Test Shop activity is simulated and creates no purchase or promise of a future paid entitlement. Do not rely on beta availability as a permanent service.

Purchases and advertising

Real in-app purchases and third-party rewarded ads are not active in the current version. If introduced, available products, prices and reward conditions will be shown before you choose to participate. Applicable store terms and mandatory consumer rights will govern real purchases; we will update these terms and privacy disclosures before enabling them.

Ownership and feedback

The game, website and their original artwork, music, text and software are owned by WanderWomple or its licensors. You retain rights in feedback you provide and allow us to use that feedback to improve our services without an obligation to pay for suggestions. Do not include another person's confidential information in a report.

Privacy and service availability

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling; optional analytics consent is separate from these terms. We may maintain, update or suspend services to address operational, security or legal needs. Where reasonably practical, we will give notice of material changes affecting users. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable warranties, remedies, consumer protections or other rights under applicable law, or limits liability that cannot legally be limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. Contact support to raise a concern so we can try to resolve it.

Changes

We will date revisions on this page and provide further notice or seek agreement where required. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights. For support, visit our support page.
